Ingredients

  • 1 Cup(s), Kale, tightly packed, cleaned and chopped
    1 Cup(s), Strawberries
    1 Cup(s), Greek Yogurt, nonfat or lowfat
    1/2 Cup(s), Ice

Preparation

  • Turn your blender to full speed until the kale has been evenly incorporated into the strawberries and yogurt. Add up to 1 cup of ice if desired.

Cook’s Notes

  • You can subsititute frozen strawberries for fresh strawberries, but decrease the amount of ice if you do this.
